It will strengthen your overall health which, in turn, may help you to be able to better able to handle stress and the many caregiving activities. Pay special attention to the Trans Fat total. Aim for "0" Trans Fat. Keep the Total Fat amount low. For many seniors, Sodium amounts should also be kept low. Dietary Fiber is good. Try to keep Fiber totals high.
